I have a boat load of questions about this

1)I've read that something like 90% of women have some at least superficial tear during labor--a)is this true and b)are superficial tears detectable many months postpartum?

2) How common are more than superficial tears?

3) How commonly do cervices need repair?

4) When a cervix tears during labor, doesn't need repair, but is detecable later what are the possibilities for the next labor?

Any other info or insights appreciated
