i'm 10 weeks and i swear i have felt movement for the past week. i didn't feel dd until 16 weeks. i know it's so early so i just don't know but it really feels like little flutters and i don't have gas that accompanies it. i'm curious how early the rest of you have felt movement.

I'm 13 weeks and I've been feeling movement since 9 weeks. This is pregnancy #3 and hopefully baby #2. In fact, Tubbyhinkle was moving around so much he was poking out of my belly, and I could feel his little bump! I don't know if it was a butt, head or what, but it was very exciting, and he's definitely moving around a lot. :

I really think I'm feeling too and I'll be 12 tomorrow. I didn't feel DS until 17 or 18. The other day I was leaning forward sitting on a bench and my pants pressed into my lower abdomen and I got some kicking back! I still can't believe it though.

I'm not sure WHAT I'm feeling. I think sometimes that something is stretching out, or maybe the baby's moving but I've never felt it before so i don't know. And everytime someone describes the feeling as "flutters" I wonder how the hell you're even supposed to feel a flutter--it sounds so light, you might miss it. Is there another word you all would use? Either way, I'm feeling something that's not gas but I don't really know what else it is either. and I'm just about 15 weeks.

ommom, with first pregnancies you typically feel it much later for a few different reasons.

I felt movement my last (and first) pregnancy at 18 weeks. I'm just 12 weeks now and I KNOW I've occasionally been feeling movement for the past few days.

you could very well be feeling the baby. with my first at 15 weeks it felt like i had a fish moving around in there, i thought it was gas but there was never any follow up , but by 16 weeks i was sure that it was baby. by 17 weeks dh was able to feel the baby kick. the flutter i've been having are really light and very quick, and i'm often not sure right away, so i stay quiet trying to feel it again, sometimes i do, sometimes i don't.

I'm almost certain I felt movement during my 10th week (this is my 4th baby). Then I was totally certain at 12 weeks that I did!

I feel movement now, but am often too busy with the other children to realize it, aside from at night right before bedtime (where I'm resting in a chair).:yawning:

This past week I've felt the baby--ever so slightly--when I'm laying down after a meal. Just a little "blip", very faint but not gas. I'm 12 weeks today.

I felt my dd at 5mo. People always told me I must have been missing it, but I really didn't feel any movement until then. She never did move a lot though. Still a pretty mellow kid =)

This little one (11 wks), no movements yet.

With DD, I don't remember, probably somewhere around 18 weeks.

This time, I thought I felt something a couple weeks ago, but 1) I have an anterior placenta (ie right in front making it much harder to feel movement) and b) my uterus isn't as high as I felt the movement. So, it was probably just gas.

I am pretty sure I have felt something very different a couple times in the past week... like someone else said... typically if I am leaning over a bit and my pants are pressed into my abdomen... I get a tickling sensation like "hey mame why you scrunching me?" lol

My friend felt her first in week 15... so I think it is entirely possible.

Yay! Felt lots of movement last night. I'm almost 13 weeks with my third baby. I was lying on my back and my two year old was on top of my belly falling asleep last night. It put enough pressure on my uterus that I could feel the baby moving around quite a bit. How cool. What a lovely moment to have one beautiful little boy falling asleep with me cheek to cheek, and feeling the new life moving around inside me!

I feel it when I am driving... its the only time I sit up straight (the shame... Im not a hunch back. Ive been having round ligament pain and BAD constipation so it hurts to sit normally) but anyway, when my seatbelt presses against it, I can feel something... not sure what it is... I assume its baby. :) 13 wks
