I never have time to shower in the mornings, unless it's the weekend. So during the week days I do it either during the daytime if I'm at home while dd is in school, or at night once dd is in bed. You?

I WOH Full time, so I shower early in the morning before the kids get up. Showering is part of my wake up routine. SOme weekends I will get up early just so I can get a shower before they wake up. It is necessary for me to function. Some people cant even consider speaking until theyve had their first cup of coffee. For ME, its a shower. I made it work when my kids were little babies too, because without my shower, you don't even want to talk to me. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"> Im a WITCH!

I WOH so shower every morning before DD wakes up. On the weekends, "morning" might stretch out to afternoon, but in any case before we leave the house for the day (unless I am going for exercise, after which I shower). I have serious bed head issues so I can't do it the night before...

I always shower in the mornings before my husband goes to work. He makes the kids breakfast and hangs out with them while I shower.

At about 5:30 every morning. I woh and work from 7-3:30 so I shower before anyone else is up. I've tried showering the night before but it just doesn't work for me. Plus the shower helps wake me up.

I'm one that doesn't function with out a shower. When I WOH I would wake before DD1 and shower and now that I stay home I shower ever morning. Even when I had a newborn and a 21m I found a way to shower every day. I feel refreshed and awake, ready to take on the day! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up">

I'm a WAHM. I bathe twice a week, with DD, in the evenings.<br><br>
I know that frequency is about unheard of in the USA, but I've noticed my oils have adjusted accordingly. If I take an extra bath (which I certainly might, if I had a special event or a visitor or whatever) then I can really feel it on my skin, it feels dried out and not good. It's the water, not the soap, since I'm pretty light on soap.

Yes....I find the same issue and as both myself and DS often end up with Eczema I find bathing too often exacerbates the problem. We both have a bubble bath that has a base of oatmeal made for sensitive skin and I don't scrub either of us (on ds I only wash the visible dirt and he soaks and plays the rest of the grime away)

I prefer long baths, so I usually bathe in the evening during the week.<br>
I bathe in the morning on weekends. It relaxes me immensely.

I shower in the morning and bring the kids in with me- or they play in the bathroom. Sometimes we all take a bath.<br><br>
In the summers I usually do night baths for the kids and AM showers for me. But that's b/c I don't like them to be in sunscreen all day and night.

I get up and shower before DH leaves for work in the mornings. I WAH and need naptimes/evenings to work, so I don't want to take up time showering then.

I've still got a little, so I shower either during nap or after daddy gets home. If I'm particularly in need (of a long hot relaxing shower), I'll wait until he's gone to bed and do it.

Usually between 10-11 am. Though, the last two nights I showered right before bed b/c we had been outside and it's dusty here - so I felt dirty.

I keep flip-flopping on the morning versus night shower issue. When I'm showering in the morning, it's usually at 9 AM or a little later. At night, it's usually around 9 PM.

I have to have a bath in the morning. I feel like by the time I'm slept all night it kind of negates having a bath.<br><br>
I bath in the morning, and generally the kids hop in once I've finished washing and I will give them a wash and get out, then they play until I've put on deo and moisteriser etc then they get out.<br><br>
It does tend to make us late that way though! I think we might need to start getting up earlier! I'm not a morning person, so it takes me a while to get going!

Usually at night because dp and I both have allergies and we try to keep all that off our bed so we both shower at night. Sometimes I shower in the morning too (especially on weekends when I have more time). DS showers/bathes at night.
