This is our 7th baby and while I'm thrilled to be having another baby, this has been a lousy pg so far. I was just starting to get my hormone/adrenal/thyroid issues back to some semblance of normal when I got pg. Now everything is back to square one. I'm not sleeping well AT ALL! I'm hypoglycemic no matter how much I eat. It's causing nightmares and horrilbe sleeping issues. My adrenals are way overloaded and my dr doesn't want to treat them while I'm pg.

I've had horrible neck and upper back pain for over 6 weeks that keeps me awake at night. There's not a single thing I can do to make it feel better. I've tried physical therapy and that didn't help. Tylenol does nothing and I can't take anything stronger. My pubic pain has already started with this pg.

This has just been so rough and I'm barely 10 weeks! How am I going to make it the next 30??? Dh tries really hard to be sympathetic. This was just NOT what I imagined it would be!!!

Thanks for letting me vent!

Have you tried any natural remedies like chiropractic or accupuncture? I know I will definately be doing prenatal massage once the first trimester is over, and if I have problems with my back or ribs I'll be seeing a chiropractor as well.

Best of luck to you!

I'm happy to listen to you vent any time. I'm pretty miserable myself!!! But hey, we're already to 9 and 10 weeks, that's something at least...1/4 of the way there!

Yeah, I see a chiro regularly. I had a sacroliliac injury with my last birth and it's just caused problems up my entire back. The physical therapist said it's really off. I'm hoping that won't cause problems for the birth. I'm hoping once the relaxin kicks in, it'll settle back to where it's supposed to be.

I am sorry you are feeling bad- I hope you get relief soon- it is hard to be joyous when you don't feel well.

I keep forgetting I'm pregnant.
I guess I'm not just bonded much yet. So really.. thats a bummer for me, and not what I really wanted for this pregnancy. I don't have names picked out at all and haven't really thought about it, or even gotten excited yet. I haven't looked at things to buy online, or dreamed about purchases or anything else. I'm afraid that I'm "babied out" or something and just sorta existing.
