I know that it's advised that we hold off on introducing nuts until ~1.5-2 yrs, but I can't find anything about seeds. When can I introduce them? My favorite breads have flax seeds and sunflower seeds in them, and hummus has tahini (sesame seed butter) in it. All of this I'd like to feed my toddler. Anyone know?

Thanks, Cathe! I've been looking for that info forever! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"><br>
Your books sound interesting. I'll have to check them out!
