elwynn was born 5 days before my due date. i was due dec.30th based on an ultrasound at 10.5 weeks) and he was born dec.26th
Both my boys came after their due dates, two weeks. I had to be induced because their amniotic fluid was low .
My first came 10 days after my due date, but I was expecting her to be at least that late. My mother's four kids were all 2 weeks late, and my sister's two were 2 weeks late and a week and a half late. When I told my OB that, he said my baby would quite likely be late, too - apparently that's something that tends to run in the family. So knowing whether your mother's babies were early or late might give you an idea what to expect.
Well, my 1st actually came 5 weeks early but she was extremely ill & was rushed in for bowel reconstruction surgery. Who knows if she would've came on time had she been healthy... my 2nd child however, came 3 days after his edd.
Interesting that most were born after their due dates! Mine was 3-4 wks early (4 weeks per conception date, 3 wks per ultrasound, good thing, too or else we wouldn't have been able to go to the birth center!)
I dont want to vote because I was induced 5 days before my EDD. But the induction went very smoothly, where the ripening agent (cervadil) sent me into labor before we needed Pit. So that always made me think that my body was probably getting pretty close to being ready on its own - pretty close to my EDD.

Or it could have been the constant sex and EPO and nipple stim I was doing for the week prior to try to avoid and induction!
#1 was 2 days before my due date (and 2 days shy of our 9m anniversary :LOL)
#2 was 1 day before my due date
#3 was 2 days before my due date

I always wanted to go a few days late, so somebody could ask me "When are you due?" and be able to answer "Yesterday." (and not be in labor during this conversation.)
Brianna was born 10 days before her due date.... which of course made me happy.
Well I voted after but I went into labor on my due date but was in and out of labor for 3 days... Finally after being so tired I couldnt see staight ( for real) they gave me epidural left me sleep for 4 hrs gave me pit and Logan was born 2 hrs later. 4 to 10 in 2 hrs w/ 2 pushes.
