Hey ladies, just found out I am prego, due 24th of April(so that makes me prego and nursing as of now). So, I am back at it again trying to make sure to keep the diet even better this time around. I am wondering how everone is doing with the diet.
I have been eating liver weekly already so that is good.
Bone broths usually 1 or 2 x a week, but I am trying to increase that to daily.
As of now I have not been doing raw milk, but think I have a new source
Just started the coconut oil back up
Take clo daily
Use butter as well
However, I am having issue with the fish. There is no way we can afford wild salmon 2-4 x a week( I am going to have to travel 3 hrs to get some as it is). I cannot afford pastured beef and lamb everyday either, mostly we eat pastured chicken, pork and venison (dh hunts).
Oh, and if anyone has some good liver recipes I'm all ears, I only have 2 ways of cooking it frying it with onions, and pate. Would love something different.
Oh, and I am wondering anyone follow the rec. to put c.o. in their smoothies, man that is disgusting. Oil and water do not mix. I think it better to just eat it off the spoon
