I live in Michigan, near Ann Arbor - a very crunchy town - and I've tried both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and the local health food store (Arbor Farms) and none of them carry Bi-O-Kleen. WF's did carry Bac Out though.

Anyway, is this something you have to purchase on line, or do you find it at a local store? And if you're near Ann Arbor and know where I can get this, please let me know!

I just hate paying for shipping.

Whole Foods may be able to special order for you , especially if they already get Bac Out.

You can order it online at www.greenhome.com. I've ordered other things from them and I've been really happy.

Also, have you checked People's Food Co-op in A2? I think I've seen it there. They have bulk laundry detergent too but I'm not sure which brand.

I buy mine at Wild Oats, but www.allnaturalmamas.com has it in bulk, with 15% off! With shipping, you end up saving a little bit of $$ over buying it in smaller packages, but that way, you'd still save a little $$ and not have to buy it again for quite a while! I'm considering buying bulk just to not use all the packaging and so I never run out (Wild Oats is a 1/2 drive in our truck, so I'm sure it saves resources that way, too!)
