OK clearly that isn't what they are called but I'm looking for those plush dolls with all the buttons and zippers, anyone know what they are called or where to get them.

when I was a kid they were Dapper Dan and Dressy Bessy. I don't know what they are called now.

Something a little different, but serves the same purpose, is "Dressapiller" by Discovery Toys. It is a caterpillar, and each segment has a buckle, or snap, or zipper, etc. Discovery Toys are sold at home parties, so you would have to find a consultant.

My uncle gifted DD with a cute bear in a vest with buttons zipper snaps laces and what not he purchased it at build a bear and DD and DS love it

This is the one we have But I've seen it somewhere like one step ahead or somewhere like that. I know it was in a catalog we got in the mail too.

We have this one. I actually just bought it last week. So far, DD is a big fan. It's very sturdy and well-made.
