I looked at the freebies w/ my name on them, magnets and what not. But it was so expensive and I wasn't convinced that people would keep them and not just toss them in the trash. So I bought some small, sample sized handmade soaps from another WAHM and send them. They don't have my name on them or anything, but they are nice soaps (we use her soap every day) and it also helps support another WAHM.
i'm a soaker mom, so i send soap samples. i have some from jess at fabriconnection.com. well, i think her soaps are at yarndealer.com. i am going to try some soap samples from danica at thesoapdeck.com soon.
i have gotten organic chocolates, soap, tarts, coupons... there's more, but i can't think of them right now. :LOL
I've gotten some from Danica too. She's very nice to work with. You can also check www.vistaprint.com for magnets and such (or print out your own, then get some self adhesive magnets from an office supply store and make your own).
I also recommend Luscious Labels. Her prices were by far the best. And she was gracious when there was a delay on the manufacturer's end. When she shipped, the labels arrived very fast.
Where do you get the little packets of Eucalan? (I'm assuming you send little packets and not full size bottles!
) Or, for that matter, the little sample sizes of Burt's Bees stuff or any bath/body products?
TIA~

Oh, to answer the original post, I make my own freebies...I'm a soaker mom too and I do little knitted extras. Sometimes play balls or other toys, sometimes little socks. But I'd like to be able to throw in some sample-y stuff, too, especially for when I am super busy and can't take the time to knit something.
