Just wondering where you get supplements like EPO and Vitex.....I'd prefer the tincture. Also wondering if anyone had a good idea where to get a bulk amt. of RRL tea, either loose or bag. The 16 bag boxes I get at the local grocery are adding up$$$!!!

I get EPO at our local grocers, not sure about the vitex tincture. For the tea, I really love http://www.mountainroseherbs.com. I've always found they have very high quality products and herbs.

I also get my goods at our local co-op (rainbow grocery). I buy RRL capsules because it ends up cheaper then tea (and more potent).

We buy ours at a herb store. This was the best and most natural place we found. She sells vegetarian stuff and has jars of vits and herbs. We make tinctures, Im not really fond of these though. Id rather just take a pill, they gross me out.

: But, it makes the herbs go a long way. For RRL my DH grows and dries the leaves for me so I have plenty.
