My dfs has reflux and I need to find a wedge for him to sleep more upright. I would like to find someone who makes them organically. Does anyone know of a place that sells them? Are they all made with a foam core? Again, anything organically would be a dream-come-true.

I am sorry, I don't think it's organic, but "One Step Ahead" has wonderful items for baby and childcare. I have seen the wedge on their website.
