My daughter is interested in donating some money to "save the rainforests." She is 9 and is obsessed with all things rainforest right now.

I have no idea what sort of organizations are reputable and which are not.

Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I think the national arbor day foundation does stuff like that, I think they are reputable

My husband is the ED there. They have a "protect-an-acre" campaign. Lots of kids actually hold bake sales, lemonade stands, etc. to help raise money. You can check out the site here:
