At a Tony Robbins seminar a few years ago, he provided an article about whey protein. The overall premise is that whey protein powder is basically an unhealthy bi-product that has been over processed, flavored, dressed up and fed to Americans. Now I can't find any more info supporting that newspaper article. Of course I'm aware that Madison Ave. has gotten ahold of whey protein and now the world thinks it is wonderful (kindof what happened to soy protein if you're of that opinion). I used whey protein powders a lot a couple years back when I was a natural bodybuilder. I did see, however, what my live blood looked like drinking all those shakes. Creepy!

Anyone have info on whey protein? Is it good? Bad?

I don't know specifics about whey protein. However, I do know we need a lot less protein than most people think & it is easy to get too much using protein powders. I would guess it would depend on the brand. I would guess different companies make it differently.
