<p>My kid only likes Monterey Jack and Mozzarella.  I am wanting to get the most bang for the buck and having trouble finding fat content comparisons online.  Anyone in the Land of Traditional Foods know which cheese packs more fatty goodness?</p>

<p>Usually mozzarella is made with skim or part-skim milk.  It just depends on what type of milk its made with.  Look for whole milk, or better yet RAW milk cheese. </p>
