What brand name of cow's milk does your LO like?
How about cheese? Mine loves Mozzarella and Italian blends (mixed of several Italian cheeses). She doesn't really like Cheddar, American, Swiss, Parmesan, cottage cheese. So I don't know what else to offer her.

We don't do cow's milk for DS but have organic in the house for cookie/grown ups.

DS really likes strongly flavored cheese; goat's cheese, feta, cheddar, colby jack, parmesean, blue cheese.

My daughter would never take more than a sip of cow's milk until we found the brand she likes. Now we realize, she likes the most expensive organic whole milk the store carries. Not Horizon. And she loves all cheese, especially soft cheeses like havarti, brie, and fresh mozzarella.

DD doesn't really like cow's milk. She loves pretty much all kinds of cheese though!

My kids drink milk from a local micro-dairy. They eat home-cultured yogurt. And they mostly will eat any cheese at all that they're offered-- we do eat a lot of cheddar, jalapeno jack, and parmesan.

DD will drink any type of cow's milk I offer (whole organic) and, like Mama, never met a cheese she didn't like. She actually was really into some pepper jack the other day, which kind of surprised me -- it was spicy. But hey! We're spicy eaters so maybe she's used to spicy mama milk.

DD only drinks a few ou of milk per day. I offer her whatever hormone-free whole milk is on sale each week. She has never shown a preference...

As for cheese, DD has not tasted a cheese that she doesn't enjoy. We have offered her just about every type, too. Her faves include parm (in little chunks), really sharp chedder, and feta.

funnily enough DS rejects bland cheeses like mozz but LOVES strong flavored cheddar. He'll eat unsweetened chocolate and loves coffee as well. Funny kid.
