The title says it all!

Now I have two hands to type and so can elaborate! I have a Nekkie Blankie but am not sure whether the blue or the white side should be up. I'm guessing the white side goes up since this seems to be the side that would absorb misses while the blue side seems more waterproof, but just wanted to be sure.

Also, I'm wondering how you typically use your Nekkie Blankie. I've had one since day one, but have not used it until today (DS is 10 weeks)... maybe because it's winter and my DS always has clothes on. I did use it for the first time today when I let him wear just a thin diaper with babylegs instead of the usual diaper cover + pants/ onesie suit. I put it over his play mat and let him hang out there for a few minutes. He wears a diaper at night, and tends to stay dry, so I haven't needed it for the bed.

White side up. I use it at night since we EC then as well - sometimes DD is naked, sometimes in a fitted dipe w/o a cover. I never really got to use it on the floor because DD started rolling and crawling by the time I got it.

When you use it in the bed, are you also lying on it as well? DS and I sleep very close together and I'm wondering if I'd be comfortable. Perhaps I'll have him go coverless at night as a next step. In any case, he seems to stay dry most of the time/ most of the night.
