I start my 14th week today. For me, I now have periods of old-self engergy followed by a crash, as opposed to being lethargic most of the time.

My diet isn't as good as it was b4 prg. I cave in to sugar cravings now, and that isn't helping anything.

I am in week 15 and feeling really good. We are getting out more and doing more things and I am good until about 4:00 or so when I start to feel sleepy and achy so this is an improvement!! So hang in there mamas, it gets better!!

I'm the same tiredness as I have been the whole pregnancy. Pretty much ok during the day unless I've been more active than usual. But crash hard between 7-9pm, depending on the day.
