Maybe I should be but I am still holding out for AF. My temps have dropped a little so AF has to come soon. For the record we are not yet TTC so I want AF to show.

Mamazon, you and I are in the exact same spot, i'll be 17 DPO on Friday as well. I had a BFN on Tuesday, so I think i'll wait till Saturday to test again. I'll be 11 DPO and I have already tested yesterday and today, so yep, I'm testing tomorrow too, lol! I'm having "symptons" but I think they can either be PMS or in my head. So I'll be peeing away until I see a <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/pos.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="positive"> or that mean ol' witch arrives.

I know completely what you mean about symptoms. I'm waiting to see a positive test or my af, but I'd like the first one to happen...lol. I'm 20 dpo (approx.), so I'm really getting anxious.

I think I'm gonna break down and hit the dollar store for some tests. Today's Friday the 13th again for me...13dpo, that is. And the wait is now killing me. I dread taking my temp in the am for fear that it'll drop. My stomach's been queasy, but I swear it's just from all the anxiety.<br><br>
One of these days I'll get around to posting my chart - it's beautiful so far - but I barely even have time to post here.

Well, I'm gonna say BFN today, too. I took one w/ FMU and in the light in my bathroom it was neg, but when I went into another room w/ the blinds open, I think I saw a very faint line. I don't know if it was an evap line or what.<br><br>
Does anyone know if the early-pregnancy-test.com strips get evaps? It was the last one I had so I stopped by Wal-Mart on my way to work and picked up some Equates. I had a very dark positive at 13 DPO on an Equate w/ my last pregnancy (m/c.) I'm planning to take one when I get home for lunch with held-for-4-hours-and-nothing-to-drink pee. Can it just be Monday already? By then I'll have either started AF or I'll be late, but either way I'll know something. This waiting is driving me insane!!

I'm sot sure about the evap line on the tests. I had 10 and down to 1 and on Mon or Tue I thought I saw a line but then it went away so I chalked it up to evap or maybe my eyes were playing tricks. yes the wait for me is driving ME insane..

I got a super duper almost like and evap line with an internet cheapie on 13 dpo. I wasn't totally convinced it was a bfp so i re tested about 6 hours later after holding it for 4 hours and watched the test.. it took a few mins 6-7 mins befor I saw the line but it was there for sure. I also layed the test strinp on a white piece of paper and it made the line more pronounced and I was able to determine the line was pinkish rather than greyish like an evap line. And btw I never got a evap line w/ my internet cheapies. GOOD LUCK!!

I had the exact. same. thing. at 9 DPO on Thursday. I retested this morning and got a negative as pure as the driven snow, no doubt about it.<br><br>
The line I got yesterday was not an evap line, if my understanding of evap lines is correct, it was more like a difference in texture over the spot where the line should appear. It appears quickly, too - in the five minute reaction time. The thing is that the dye on those is kind of grey and purply blue, I think the pink tests seem easier to read.

Ok, let me give ya'll a little background...My IM {intended mom} has been on a fertility board for about 4 years. There's a "pyschic" lady on there who owns a website and does predictions for people {charges} but she does them for free for the other ladies on the fertility board. Back in November she told IM that April would be the month it happens for us. After AF arrived in March IM posted that we were moving onto April. Pyschic lady told IM that we should insem on the 8th & 9th even though IM hadn't mentioned anything about possible O dates. At the same time, IM's horoscope said, "the 9th will be your most influential day. An event that you have been planning will come to be." Talk about the stars lining up! Well, at the time we thought I'd O around the 12th {cd 17} based on passed cycles, so the 8th & 9th seemed a little too early. Low and behold, on April 8th {cd 13} I got a PEAK reading on my monitor and a pos OPK, so we insemmed 8-10 April.<br><br>
Now fast forward to today...Ya'll saw my post earlier about my possible line, right? I didn't tell IM about it, just that it was BFN b/c I don't want to get hopes up over nothing. Well, today her pyschic lady told her to tell me to pee on Sunday and I'll have a dark line. She also said that the bfn I had today might have a line. "There is a line. In two days, it will be darker.... Tell her to pee again Sunday morning I think that you will find it is what your looking for"<br><br>
Um, is that not freaky or what?! Either this lady has secret cameras in my house or the stars truly did line up for us! I am so praying that I do get that BFP on Sunday. I think I'll be even more devastated now if I don't.
