I feel like I am 50 weeks PG, but I am 39 weeks today. Last appointment, I was 2 cms and effacing nicely. Head is down slightly, but since this is my 5th baby, they aren't expecting him to engage fully until labor. I lost some plug last night, but that isn't usually a sign of labor for me, usually means more dilating going on though and labor could be coming sometime (LOL, oh really, I won't be perpetually PG?). So, I desperately hope that we can get this show on the road SOON!! Constant contractions and I've even had a couple of instances of painful contrax waking me at night for a couple of hours only to fizzle out when I get up. I've told him to get ready.

I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow. I'd be happy if he came any time now. I am so miserable and uncomfortable and the contractions are getting old and annoying. I'm ready to get this show on the road.

DS#1 had the same due date Oct 14th and he decided to come on the 9th there are bets out there that this one will be born on the 9th also. It will be interesting to see what happens. I am officially DONE being pregnant and will be doing the happy dance when it is all over. This PG has been miserable.

I will be one of the last ones - I am 36 wks on Monday/Tuesday and am pretty sure I'll cook til 40 wks, end of Oct. Don't forget about us late ones, mamas, once you pop those babies out. we need your support

Me - due date is 3 days away

I was dialated 3cm and 75% effaced when I was in the "assessment room" at the hospital on Thursday night - I was contracting every 4 min for about 4 hrs but since the baby is/was not engaged things eventually peetered out and are now only sporadic - still contracting every 5-20 min depending on my movement and position (he was lying to the left with his head above my right hip bone)

doing lots of work to reposition baby throughout the day (thanks for the suggestions the other day!!!)

drinking lots of water and staying away from the public ("wow honey, you look so miserable, can I ask when are you due" is the most frequent comment I get if I go anywhere - nice huh? )

I'm cooking another Halloween baby here. I'm thinking s/he'll be born in November, though. Currently my guess is for Nov 11th. I figure if I plan on being pregnant until at least then, I won't get too impatient beforehand. Right?

Dear baby,

that is not the exit.

37 weeks. Still here....my feelings on that change every couple hours. Can't wait to start getting back to normal whenever the baby comes, all the children have figured out they are faster than I am and are taking total advantage.

I'm due either Oct 1st (by lmp) or Oct 8th (by when we *think* we conceived). I'm not quite feeling miserable yet so I think I've got a while to go Everyone seems ready for him to be here but I'm fine with him taking his time.

I'm still pregnant at 35 weeks and my baby is still breech

I've been and still doing head down bum up, used cold/warm pack, light down the lower part belly, laid on slat board up against a couch and seeing a chiro doing the webster technique and nothing is working so far.

My OB says that we are getting desperate and by Monday week if she hasn't turned he is going to do an ECV. He's been doing this a long time and he said that in his experience that he doesn't think that this baby is going to turn even with ECV. He hopes that he is wrong, as do I, as he says he really wants me to have a vaginal birth like I did with my DS. If she remains breech and I go into labour it means a c/s.

I know that some of you say do a vaginal breech birth anyway but my OB won't do it and my DH is certainly dead against it. Plus we have a serious shortage of OBs and midwives here at the moment.

My DH and I have talked about this and as much as I really don't want a c/s it means much more to my DH not to have a breech birth.

I don't post much but I'm still here. I imagine I'll be here till late October - I'm due the 21st and I've gone almost 41 weeks, four times before! Although, I feel like crap and lost a couple of big globs of mucus today, with some contrax to follow. I can't imagine going early!

My husband wants me to hurry up and have the baby in the sukkah so that he can 'one up' his friend. He says it's gotta be a mitzvah somehow.

I had a dream with my first that I birthed in a sukkah. It was cool - I camped out to see if it would happen, but it didn't - I ended up sitting in our truck all night, cause my heartburn was so bad I couldn't lay flat. So I haven't even bothered to consider it this year - ugh, this heartburn...

My little one is breech, well transverse actually and has been for over a month. My dr won't do a breech vaginal birth either! I've come to terms with doing whatever it takes to get baby here safely! It's hard though..Hope your little one turns for you!

Sukkot would be an auspicious time for a birth. Kinda hoping the baby comes on Simchat Torah which is also my birthday, that would be cool.
