I can't help you pick a place to buy, as we usually can't afford organic bedding ... but I am sewing my own organic bedding for my baby-to-be (I order from www.nearseanaturals.com or www.PMorganics.com ) and some of the things I've learned may help you know what to look for:

- many organic bedding supplies use the same fabrics - there just aren't that many organic fabric sources out there. For instance, the colorgrown green-and-white striped cotton flannel by FoxFibre shows up at many different organic stores. So, sheets of different prices that look similar may actually be from the same fabric. I really shop around when it comes to buying organic stuff.

- Fabric weight seems to make a huge difference in the quality of flannel. The best flannel is heavyweight and feels the same (plush) on both sides - these would be good questions to ask if they aren't specified in the product description. I've been sewing for the baby with an 8 oz./yd flannel and an 11 oz./yd flannel, and the 11 oz. flannel is so durable and so soft on both sides - there is a huge difference!

- www.Gaiam.com seems to have pretty good prices ...

I know this isn't exactly what you were looking for, but I hope it helps a little.
