<p>I'm really struggling with losing weight, so I've been thinking about seeing a nutritionist who could design a diet (hate that word!) around the way our family eats.  I do NOT want a nutritionist who believes in low-fat, sugar-substitutes, low-cholesterol type diets.</p>

<p>Can anyone recommend a nutritionist who has more of a whole-food philosophy?  Even better, someone who is familiar with Nourishing Traditions?<br><br>
