So on Monday night I put beans into soak. Tuesday, I drained the water and used about half of it in a chili. Then I was stuck down by a horrible migrain. When dh came home, we ate and I went to sleep. I remember asking him if he cleaned up dinner and he said yes. Just went to look at the pot the beans were in, assuming it was empty so I could wash it, and nope, it's not. And infact, the beans have sprouted.

I've read on here that people eat sprouted beans, but is this an okay way to sprout them and what do I do with them now that they're sprouted. My plans for these beans were to stick them in the freezer for later use. Can I still do that?

HELP! I'd really like to be able to use these!

Yes, sprouted beans can still be used. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether you should cook them before freezing or freeze them just soaked and cook them after thawing.
