Pants-wise: I can still button up my "high-waist" jeans BUT it hurts (so I don't do it - just 'cause you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD!)... I don't think I'm quite ready to be back in the maternity pants just yet, so I've been doing belly bands with non-maternity pants, and yoga/workout pants that go below the belly.

I will say, I love maternity pants because pregnancy was pretty much the first time in my life where my butt crack was consistently covered.

Shirt-wise: I wear mostly plain tees or button-down shirts, mostly with cami/tanks underneath these days... some of the shirts are starting to not fit so well.. I grabbed a maternity shirt out of my drawer to wear today for the first time this pregnancy.

Dress-wise: I knew I had a semi-fancy event at 13 weeks. I bought a maternity dress that looked good not showing (and looked great with a teeny bump, and there's still plenty of room to expand) - I had a maternity dress from the first pregnancy that I wore to death, so I knew for people that knew me then, it would be a dead giveaway that I was preggo again...

bra-wise... I needed new bras almost immediately... I'm already up a cup size or two (depending on which brand you ask)... I had some that still work because they're not as super-specific (Coobie bras, for those who want to look into them), and I grabbed some structured, but non-underwire nursing bras.

underwear: still wearing the usual stuff, but the hi-cuts are starting to dig into the belly. before I gave birth the first time, I loved thongs, so I have a bunch of maternity thongs waiting for me... I don't *mind* them anymore, but I seem to prefer hi-cuts, so I might have to see what exists in the "over the tummy" realm of maternity underwear.

accessories: no more regular pantyhose. maternity tights or thigh-highs. *sigh*
