Jeez, I keep buying and buying and buying! Pretty soon I am going to be able to go a week without doing laundry, LOL. Eliza has WAY too many diapers, and still I am LOOKING, and CONSIDERING, and even ORDERING! HELP!!!!

Why are dipes so addictive? I am worse with these than I am with her clothes (and I am a shopaholic there, too). I would be very
to tell you how much I have spent on dipes.

aarrgghhh!!!!!

I've given up on trying to figure out my addiction, even though I don't stalk certain sites any more
: .....
I have also been guilty of filling up a cart and then emptying it...just for the thrill....
My baby isn't even born yet and I have over five dozen fitted diapers-- & that is not counting the newborn stash!!!!!

I love to buy baby clothes too...but that's another story

I do the cart thing and I make out lists all the time of stuff I want to buy(I have my diaper wish list sitting next to my computer), what my stash consists of, etc. It's baaad

I was at MOPs today showing one of the ladies (who had her son the same day I had my daughter) some of the cute cloth dipes I had for Taylor. I told her "they are so cute, I can't stop buying them". She really loved the pockets and cutsie covers. She tells me "They are cute! Its like buying clothes!!!"

So just look at it like shopping for cutsie baby clothes!

It's addictive because:

+ babies need diapers; they don't always need new clothes

+ the best diapering solution is just a fluffy mail away.......with 'sposies, there's pretty much one kind--no room to explore or experiement...

...but with CLOTH, there are so many options! And are you an Aplix person or a snap person? Only one way to find out--buy one of each...what about fitteds? Cpfs? Gotta try and see....what about CUTE dipes? Then fashion enters into it, and it's all over.

I tell you, the last thing I needed was another addiction. I never shopped much until the girls were born then....WATCH OUT!!
Whenever we go out, people ask them if they are having their picture taken!!!!!
I mean, they have a new dress for every day of the month, I CD'ed them, but just prefolds & covers.
When Henry came along, boys clothes were no fun so I started in on the diapers & boy does he have a stash!!!
Now I just try to keep it fair......clothes for the girls, dipes for the boy!!!
And round & round it goes!!!!!

My boys are the same month 4 years apart too!
Gunnar & Trapper are October babies...Trapper's b-day is the 10th and Gunnar's is the 31st....

Now about the diapers...
I love buying them because they're cute and serve a function.
It's a real adrenaline rush to nab diapers at set stocking days (like today is SOS stocking day)...it's really fun!
I look at it as a legal "high" that I can get a return on my investment on when I resell 'em.
