Why? I was suggesting that friends read it because of the wonderful information.

Man, there was a lot of good stuff in there.
I hope they just edit out the offending material and bring the thread back.
:

i suggest one do as i have, when an informative thread comes along that has passionate opinions: start a file 'questionable mdc posts' (or whatever; that's the title of mine ) & save everything important. i have seen many awesome threads that may have had a mildly pissy statement or two, but tons of great info, fail to be resurrected. (i am especially glad for things i have cut & pasted from this particular forum!)

the mods have lives & kids & don't always have time to be full-time editors, which is what some threads require. it's a shame any thread with spirited dissension is disappeared into the mod area for eternity, but i don't make policy here. so start savin'.

Good point. So, how do you save it; ie. as the link or do you cut/paste the whole thread and save as a word, etc. file?

I know. It had great info.

Actually; no one complained. After kathipaul came back to the thread, most of the posts were directed at her personally (as opposed to her views). Most were very snarky.

I feel that I am extremely conservative when it comes to editing. If there are questions that you have about what actions a moderator has taken; please send a PM instead of doing it on the forum.

Thanks
