Yeah, we use mostly fitted cloth diapers with a separate cover. We have a few pockets and all-in-ones, and they are okay, but they are more likely to leak poop because the outside layer and inside layer are connected--stuff can slide over the edge!
But compared to disposables? Probably any cloth diaper is superior!
