I just started eating about 1/2 c. of plain goat yogurt with my breakfast, either unsweetened or with about 1/2 tsp. of maple syrup for sweetener. Now I'm noticing that I feel unsatisfied and low blood sugary all morning. I just added the yogurt to what I normally eat for breakfast so it's not like I'm eating fewer calories or less fat or protein than normal. The yogurt is from pasturized milk but I had the same problem a few months ago with homemade raw goat yogurt. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be a sign that I'm not tolerating the yogurt well?
