I bought some polenta out of the bulk bins at Wild Oats and I failed to write down how to make it. I have never even had polenta before and the store is 2 1/2 hours away. Does anyone make this? If you are a polenta expert, let me know!

is it a quick cooking kind or not?

in general, i think you make it like any other grain.
1 cup polenta, 2 cups water, simmer for 20 minutes.
