Wool question, BUT different

How do y'all feel about buying a wool cover from a new wahm? Assuming you love the cover.

I'm a new wahm, and although I'm not making/selling wool at this point......
a fellow wahm friend really crushed my feelings on this issue

I am not sure I understand the question - do you mean would I buy a wool cover from a WAHM I've never bought one from before? Well it always helps to have reviews - other people's opinions on the covers, etc. But if not, as long as the covr is described well with a good picture, I'd be happy to buy from a new WAHM! I would expect the price to probably be lower than very well-known popular WAHM's though, since there is no track record.
Yep, a new wahm, who is also "just" starting to make wool covers.
Aww!
Just remember all well known WAHMs were new at some point.
A good tip is to start by getting testers. They can be your first clients and help you refine the pattern if it needs it.
You will get costumers slowly at first untill people get to know you and you get some feedback...
Hang in there!

Definitely get good testers... if they like your diaper and rave on it and your diaper has a good "try" price (i.e. I'd try a wool cover for $20 but not $50 if it's new to the market).... you're more likely to be successful

If ya need a tester

I agree with everyone else. Get testers, either give away or sell some wool covers for very cheap and find out how your cover works on other children of different shapes and ages. It's the best way to get known. Believe me, moms who like a product WILL rave about it to everyone she knows. I know I sometimes don't shut up about some of my favorite diapers!!
And, one more thing.... invest in a snap press if you decide to go the wool route.

I don't think many people will buy wool covers if you use aplix.... jmho.

Due to the change in tone (ie. testers) I think this is more appropriate for the WAHMwell to avoid getting spammy.
