It might be silly, but I was very happy to see this, too.... this is such a high-stakes pregnancy for me, being that, at 43, it is quite possibly our last shot at natural parenthood. Everyday that goes by that I'm still pregnant is such a blessing to me!

I noticed that too. My first thought was "<i>Yes</i>! There are people who will still be pregnant when I have a baby puking on my shoulder now. All is now right with the world."<br><br>
It's moving day, ladies! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/joy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="joy">

M0xxie, I am 42 and know exactly how you feel. I had my first baby at 35 and got pregnant this time, to my utter shock, after only 2 months; no charting, no major trying. And now I'm almost 6 weeks. I still have no way of knowing how this pregnancy is going and I feel blessed every day that goes by, too. Is this your first? I can't tell when I look back at the thread.

Funny, it seems like I had to wait FOREVER for Jan to open up that I posted in Dec for a week.... and now it doesn't even seem soon enough for a Feb group! lol

Hi Carfreemama, thanks for your question! I was pregnant for the first time in the summer/fall of 2008, but started bleeding with cramps in the middle of the first trimester... Ultrasound revealed fetus but no heartbeat and I miscarried several weeks later. Since then we've tried and tried and I've had one or two "chemical pregnancies" that lasted a week or less, but this feels like the real deal, and I am so hopeful. Because of my previous experience, I am REALLY wanting to see that little heartbeat in a couple of weeks. Soon I will be in completely uncharted territory, and I can't wait! Congrats on your pregnancy, we 40+ gals can support each other. :)
