I posted a thread last week, about how I was trying out contacts again. My eye Dr gave me a pair to wear for a week to make sure they were the right ones for me. I had a problem with my right eye contact and when I saw her she had me try a different one. Wow big difference and I love my contacts now. I'm even more excited because I have been wearing only glasses for a long time now. I had to give up my nostril piercing because my glasses kept sliding down on nose and it irritated my piercing. So I'm thinking about getting it redone.<br><br>
The last month or so has been a big turn around for me. I got my hair professionally cut after many years of just trimming it. I colored it a beautiful temporary plum color which is fading so I want to go permanant with it. I got new contacts. And I've been making some eating changes and starting to have it reflected on my body.<br><br>
I'm just so excited, I feel like I'm becoming someone I'm so excited to be.<br><br>
I can't wait to get myself some sexy Fluevog boots once my calves are smaller!

I've gone back and forth between contacts and glasses for years, but I know that feeling well. It's so freeing not having something on your face!

yep it's freeing and wierd at the same time. I kept reaching up to push my glasses back up but they aren't there <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> and dh took awhile to get used to me sans glasses again.
