I know this subject comes up from time to time - the HFCS in W sauce.

I was shopping a few weeks ago and tripped across a random bottle of W sauce, and picked it up, because that's just what I do. I'm always on the lookout for a W sauce that tastes "right" - and none of the widely available sauces I've tried do.

But this one does!

Brand is Cajun Power, www.cajunpowersauce.com

Ingredients: Vinegar, Onions, Garlic, Molasses, Herbs, Spices, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Sucrose, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Celery.

It doesn't have the tamarind or the anchovy that I associate with W sauce, but hey, it tastes great! I'm so psyched! I'm going to have to pick up a couple more bottles next time I make that drive - the store where I got it is over an hour away.

Thought I would share.
