<div style="font-style:italic;">Are you doing it for school? My kids both have exemptions, one has had some vaxes, one has had none. I just filled out the philosophical exemption for all vaccines for school. I didn't specify any single vaccine, I just didn't submit a vaccine record and submitted an exemption instead.</div>

This is what I was going to say, too. In the event of an outbreak of a VPD, you can always bring in the record and they will let him continue to attend. We didn't stop vaxing until ds1 was 2.5 . His former school had a measles outbreak and just told me he couldn't come back for x amount of time unless we vaccinated him or showed proof of past vaccination. He had had one dose of the measles vax, and that was enough to allow him back. I just had to bring it in.
