Thanks for this forum.

Hope this is not confusing! We're involved in different things in our lives including our own business and also working and our careers. The business seems on a clear path but separate of this, should I look into the new job offer? In regards to the new job offer does it open up paths for our career(s) (we work together sometimes) or will it deter from our business that seems to be going the right way finally?

I do not like the energy of the new job offer. I mean, in and of itself it's fine, but I do not think that it will lead you to where you are thinking/hoping it will. I feel like there are some "fine lines" about the job that are making it seem more than it really is.
