I'm interested in perhaps changing the workbook I use for my Lamaze chidlbirth classes. I currently use Prepared Childbirth, The Family Way but their shipping is so expensive! I'm wondering what workbooks or books you have your clients use? Those of you who work with homebirth clients, what do you use? Those who work with hospital birth clients, what do you use? Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Right now, I use my own handouts.

I'm working on a BirthWorks certification and after that, I'll be using their student book (which I think is pretty fantastic).

Thanks phathui5. I am strongly considering creating my own "workbook." Thank you for reminding me that it's a viable option!

I also make my own. I really haven't found any of them that meet my needs, so I meet my own. I'm actually quite happy with it.

Is that expensive? I was actually thinking of switching to the book the OP is currently using because of the cost of copying the handouts and self created pages I currently use. I buy binders and punch holes, and piece together my own book. Then, I supplement that with a ton of handouts as I come across them. It gets expensive. OP -is the shipping really a whole lot on that book? I'd probably end up still giving supplemental handouts too.

Mine is a 9-week class with a pretty thorough book, 8*11, and is around $10 including shipping for small quantities.
