Good Afternoon All,

I have signed up for a boot camp to help loose some weight. I started thinking about this and was wondering if it was going to mess with my supply. It is 5days a week for 4 weeks. My baby is 7 months old and is eating very little solids.

Like the PP said, be sure to drink plenty of fluids and do not burn more calories than you would need to continue to create the necessary supply. Make sure you have a good bra and have your LO nurse before and after so you don't feel so "full" when you are working out!!

Agreed, stay hydrated. With my other kids I went right back to running and never had an issue... With this baby I'm a little more lazy.... err busy ....and no real regular workouts yet. And I second wearing a good bra
