I started this pregnancy way overweight, but then lost 10# in the first trimester. My MW has been encouraging me not to gain too much weight.

I am starting to worry about GD, though. I have gained 2.5 lbs in the last several days. Is that something I should be concerned about? Anyone with experience?

Maybe my LO is just going through a growth spurt. LOL!

Start watching your diet, that's the best thing you can do. Go for several short walks a day, park a little further away from bldgs, etc. A little exercise goes a long way towards helping a healthy diet!!!

I'm also on edge about it, I did develop it with my first pregnancy, but not with my second. I started this pregnancy a very healthy weight and low body fat, but I still worry. If you're worried, go buy a home testing kit. They're not all that expensive, and it's very quick (and almost painless!) to check at home.
