There were 2 threads dealing with the soy article a little further down on this forum. Try checking pages 2 & 3 to see if you can find them. I don't want to get into the whole soy discussion again b/c so many people got so hostile about it, but I hope that something in those other threads can help you sort it out. There is some good info & some personal opinion, so you have to read critically & not take everything that you read as true without substantiation.
