It's the kind doctors and midwives use to listen to the heart rate as early as 10 weeks. I'd like $150 ppd for it.

If this breaks any rules or anything please let me know. I don't know why it would, but I haven't seen anything like this offered here, so I wasn't sure. I got this because I miscarried the child before this one and it just gave me peace of mind to be able to hear my child's heart beating away whenever I wanted to.

I can give you much more specifics if someone is interested, and send pictures. It retails for about $350 new. Works perfectly. Has one cosmetic defect that doesn't affect function. Again, I'll give all info. if interested.

Thanks

I'd LOVE for someone here to get it. I'm going to have to move it to eBay if nobody wants it here.
:

Emma's_Mommy, I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my baby at 12 weeks,,,,,it's devestating. I was a complete nut case during the pregnancy that followed it. But I'm now the proud Mama of a precious 2.5 month old boy. I pray that the same happens for you too....and quickly.

Hi Mamas, It's not waterproof (it says not to immurse the probe in liquid in the manual), but it's 3 MHz. I was planning to list tomorrow since there hadn't been any interest here. If one of you thinks you may really take it, I won't list it tomorrow. Like I said I'd rather sell it here. I may be able to come down a little on the price, but not a whole lot. $135 ppd? I can take any form of Paypal. It is a Caredop, it has sweetbeats stamped on it too, that is where I got it from, it's the same thing you may get from baby beat (more well known) they just put there own stamp on it. I have a picture and it will come with a manual and tip sheet. The clip at the top (that holds the wand in place when not in use) broke on one side but it doesn't effect function, the wand just doesn't stay in place now (when not in use). But when I send it I will send it in a padded box that will be great for keeping it in when not in use, so the clip should not be a problem. Here is the discription I was putting on eBay.....

The CareDop is a non-invasive hand-held Doppler with dual speakers. It has the following special features which will enhance your use of the product.
Volume control
Power Indicator/Low battery indicator
Probe Face
Easy On/Off
Probe Connector
Headphone Connector

This item has been used. I got this early in my pregnancy and used it for the first trimester (so about a month to a month and a half). It gave me great peace of mind to be able to hear my baby at any time. The unit is in great condition and retails for about $350. The only flaw with the unit (which in no way affects performance) is that the clip that holds the probe on top (for storage purposes only) broke off on one side. It is made of molded plastic so it could not be fixed. The box I will mail the doppler in would be great for storing the item, (it is a padded box) so the broken clip should not cause ANY problems.
I will also include the User's Manual and a tip sheet that came with the monitor.
I will be happy to send you pictures for further clarification...just let me know.

Please PM me if you think you may want it. I don't have a problem holding it for payment, I just would like to list it tomorrow if you KNOW you can't buy it.

Thanks!
Crista
