yes, it's very basic--applesauce, millet squares, various muffins and cakes, it's really simple. we make many things from there for snack. our favorite is the applesauce-honey birthday cake with some yogurt for breakfast, yum.

There's some really nice rhythm-y stuff in there, and the recipes are lovely. My oldest and I actually attended the parent-child class of one of the teachers in the book, so it brings back all sorts of memories as well.

we got the book a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed it so far. it has lots of great information and healthful recipes.

i ordered it from books-a-million because that was where i could find it for the best deal.

i just got my copy today from amazon (i order DH some stuff for christmas cheap last week, but needed to hit $25 for free shipping, so i added it on)

I love all the ideas in the booK! I would totally recommend you get this booK!
