We're currently trying to get pregnant then we plan to adopt 2 children.

I'll EBF the next baby and I also plan to BF any adopted children we have. My desire is to start the adoption process when my next bio child is 1 or so. We would probably have the baby by the time the other was 18mo old or so. I would tandem nurse both of them at that point.

Would I have enough milk to EBF the adopted baby as well? Or would I need to supplement? Is there anything I could do to keep my supply up even if my bio baby is older and not nursing as much?

Sorry if this is confusing..I'm just trying to figure out a way to EBF any future babies I have regardless of how they come to me!!

Thanks for any info!

Well, in theory you could pump and take suppliments to boost your milk supply. However you would have to take into consideration that the baby isn't going to know how to nurse. If you get a 4 - 6 month old I imagine it would be very difficult to teach them, but if you got a newborn it would be easier. Though the entire process would surely be long and furstrating. Have you tried posting in the adoption forums? I would assume that many of the moms in there have at least tried and could probably help you out a lot.
