I just realized I have a dentist appt next week, smack in the middle of my 2ww. I know they always ask if your pg before doing xrays and I'm probably not, but should I opt out just in case?

I would be honest with the dentist and see what his/her opinion is. I needed to have x-rays on my foot/ankle during the 2ww. I was honest with the doc and he opted to wait until the 2ww was over.

I just had this situation myself - I was due for x-rays, it was a week before I tested positive. My dentist gave my teeth a good poking and said he felt like it wasn't necessary. He said the lead lap apron was safe, so if I were to feel any pain, I should come in and get the x-rays, but otherwise, not to bother.

Your dentist may feel differently, though!
