So I started "dieting" at the end of May. By dieting I mean cutting back on my ridiculous portion sizes, minimal sugar, nothing but water to drink, tons of fruits & veggies, etc. I ate healthy before but my portion sizes were too large. Also, I just started exercising on Monday of this week.

I didn't want to weigh myself this morning because AF is on her way and I am holding fluids, didn't want to be discouraged if I was heavier… But I did anyway. Since may 27 I have lost… 8 pounds! That is 8 pounds in 2 weeks! I am so psyched! Very nice start!

I know that I won't keep a 4lb a week weight loss for long, and that it isn't even healthy long term, but it is just the start I needed to keep me going.

I am definitely sticking with it this time.
