anyone else ever have this problem? the bread rises in the machine beautifully, but as soon as it starts baking it deflates. white bread i've made in this machine (with the same yeast) has turned out great, but i really really want to make whole wheat. i was thinking about getting some wheat gluten, since thats supposed to help rising. any other ideas? thanks in advance!!
Try the recipe that I wrote down in the vegan bread machine recipes. It works for me everytime. You'd probably need to watch it while it was needing to adjust the moisture levels since I'm at a high altitude.
