This may be a stupid question since many on this board probably are vegetarians...but I am going to join WW tomorrow but I'm worried that I will have trouble getting my protein. I am lacto-ovo.
Thoughts?

P.S. I am BF 8 mo old DS and I get hypoglycemis when I eat too much sugar/don't get enough protein.

TIA!

I think it would be easier program for a vegetarian actually because the vegetarian foods are much lower in points. I'm not a complete vegetarian anymore but I hardly eat meat and the plan has worked wonderfully.

I use gardenburger portabella patties alot, they are lower in calories than any of the other "fake" burgers. I also make alot of meals with pinto or black beans and whole wheat tortilla. I think I actually get more protein now because I am eating whole foods and not nutritionless junk, ykwim?

I do buy some of the WW meals for lunch (premade) because I needed it to be easy at first in order to stick to it and I really like those garden veggie mozerella pockets and the ziti pasta one is good too.
