Ok,here's the way our 3 bedrooms are set up right now:<br><br>
master bedroom:have my pc in there,plus an armoire w/tv,along with bed and dresser,of course. (where I sleep with ds2)<br><br>
bedroom 2: full sized bed,dresser and kid-sized desk,where ds1 sleeps,(usually with dad)<br><br>
bedroom 3: playroom,occasionally organized.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
Now,I am considering a few different options. I am considering either<br><br>
a)Making the 3rd bedroom that is now a playroom,into ds2's room<br><br>
b)Making the 2nd bedroom where ds1 sleeps into a bedroom for both kids by getting 2 low loft beds,that way they can have space underneath each bed for some of their stuff,since room is pretty small<br><br>
c)making bedroom 3,now the playroom,into a study/tv room,and take the tv out of the livingroom,and put it in there along with my pc/desk,and make that a study/tv room. I'm sick of having the tv as the main focus in the LR anyhow.<br><br>

I'm guessing part of this is an attempt to put ds #2 in his own room? I think that if ds #1 has been sleeping with dad and you have been sleeping with ds #2 it would be easiest on them to get to share a room rather than each having their own bedroom. I also like the idea of the study/tv room too. I'm actually getting ready to turn my spare room (the computer and a bunch of junk is in here now) into an "activity room" meaning the kids playroom/homeschool room/computer room/craft room. I'm someone who doesn't really think kids all need their own rooms, so I definitely think using bedroom 3 as something else sounds like it would work good.<br><br>
So I chose B and C. You could make bedroom 2 have the playroom stuff in addition to the kids beds. Then you could have a less packed in space for the study.

I vote for b&c too. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/duck.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Duck">: the boys will enjoy being together, and you'll sleep more restfully with the computer out of the bedroom. you can always rearrange when they're older if they need their own space.

I vote for the boys to stay together. I have such fond memories sharing a room with my brother. I think it makes for a strong bond, sleeping together.<br>
Then when they are older and want there own space you could change it.

Mine share a bedroom right now. It's been fine until about 2 months ago, and now it's constant fighting. I'm completely going insane and am very excited about them having their own rooms (plus still having a seperate playroom) after our move this weekend. Mine are 2.5 and 3.5 though, so I'm sure it's a stage that they'll outgrow.

Another vote for sharing a room. We have a 3 bd house where one room is for DH and I, one for the girls, and one is a Playroom. The grils enjoy being together and even if they didn't, I thinks it's important for them to learn to share and get along.<br><br>
