Oh I am so sorry, this sounds terrible.

Westsoy makes a meal replacement soy drink called Vigoraid. Once I remembered the name, I googled it for nutritional information. I hope that is enough calories. I think Kashi also makes a meal replacement drink.

Can you add fat to the mashed potatoes, oatmel, etc? Or is it too hard to digest? That will help with calories. How about some tahini, lots of nutrients, or almond butter, can you digest them?
