im so exited And worried at the same time i HATE needles like they had to strap me down last time i was the hospital to take blood im so happy to MAYBE hear the heart and talk over everything with my doc and GET SOME FREAKING SICKNESS MEDS!!!! i woke up at 3am last night and threw up for an hr and now my muscles hurt ugh i cant Wait to hold my baby and put all this yulky part behind us! i don't remember my first visit with my ob last time i was preg do they always take blood? ugh!!!!!!!! my ladys please grant me the serenity to make it threw the needles!

it's a little poke. it hurts for a minute but then it's all over. the trick is not to look. bring something or someone to squeeze. don't look. don't think about what they are doing. think of your baby in your arms. think of how the sand feels between your toes. think of anything but a needle going in your arm.

you can do this. be strong. be brave and remember a little pain gets you a big reward in the end.

i know but i KNOW its coming and i freak Grr i hate it ive had 2 kids no pain kills no epic but a needle and i run for the hills lol
