This evening, DH and I were playing with DD when all of a sudden I noticed my shirt was wet. I looked down, and I noticed that I was leaking. I'm only 28 weeks, 4 days.

This pregnancy is *so* different from when I was pregnant with DD. With her, my milk never really came in, and due to lack of support/education (for lack of a better term), I couldn't breastfeed. I had a dream last week that I had so much milk coming in that I had to pump a bunch before this baby could eat, and I had *tons* of BM in the freezer. Maybe it's a sign?

I don't know if I should be excited, like this might be a good thing, or if I'm just getting my hopes up, but I thought I would put it out there either way.

How wonderful!! I didn't make enough milk for my first (still breastfed him until he was over 4 though ) and I'm worried about it this time around. I hope the problem last time was due to all the medications and saline I had pumped into me with his birth and not something inherent in me... I'm going to start up goats rue at 34 weeks, and I'm going to get together other herbs and such closer to term so I'm prepared as well

I hope you have lots of milk for your new one!

I think that's great!!!!! And a great sign of what is to come!!!! Dr. Jack Newman is sort of a breastfeeding guru, have you heard of him? His website has lots of good information and support. And, as a PP implied, there are lots of herbs to take to help increase and maintain your milk supply if you do have issues again. Its hard not to worry about it, but I would say that a wet shirt is a good indicator of lots and lots of milk - yahoo!!!!!!
